Susanna Thiel

Susanna Thiel is Collections Curator at Design Museum Helsinki since 2012. She has been actively developing open access collections and has been member of the working group for Design Attic (2018-), a new activity-based exhibition that gives visitors a look behind the scenes at the museum with the opportunity to take part in studying and accessioning authentic objects for the collections. Susanna is art historian by training and completed her MA in 2005 at the University of Helsinki. She has co-curated several exhibitions, published articles on collections of Design Museum and worked as an image editor on publications.
